Posted - 11 January 2012 : 13:57:31 Hi am trying to fill in 6.37 form for bankruptcy but have got suck on some of it. My husband has been on contribtuion esa and has just started permitted work as a self employed car valeter. What do i put on the form where it says [and carrying on business as (d) and [and lately carrying on business as (e). As there is no trading number and he isn't making any money at present with it, he wants to carry it on after we declare bankruptcy.
