Posted - 16 January 2012 : 17:06:47 Hi there,
I am currently in an IPA, which has been suspended due to lack of disposable income. My IPA expires in May 2012. If the IPA remains suspended until that date, does this mean my IPA payments cease on that date even if my disposable income rises? When they say 'suspended' they don't mean they can reinstate the payments even after your 3 years IPA comes to term, can they?
Thanks
