If you are in an IVA and you receive an inheritance then you have to declare it to the IP. You will have to pay it across and it may mean that you can pay your creditors off in full, otherwise it will just go towards giving your creditors a better dividend and the IVA will continue to the end or until you manage to pay back 100p in the pound plus fees, whichever is the sooner.
