The bailiff gave a notice of goods removal, which is going to occur tomorrow, unless her son pays £300. Ivy said that her son has no stuff, it is her house and all items inside belong to her. She would like some advice on this as soon as possible. She would prefer to be contacted on *phone number removed*

Sorry to hear of your problems - I presume the bailiff was allowed to enter the house and did a walking possesion?
You will need to be there when the bailiff arrives again to tell him that it is all yours and hopefully be able to back this up with proof.
