Posted - 08 March 2012 : 14:25:34 Hi I had a limited company a few years ago that went bankrupt then not long 1 went personally as well in 2009 I was released may 2010, i'm now ready to have a go at starting again, i just a bit worried of how i apply for credit accounts with suppliers do i have to tell them I've been bankrupt i know people don't is there ways they can find out? any help and advice much appreciated

Posted - 08 March 2012 : 17:46:34 If they specificly ask "have you been bankrupt in the past" then you would have to answer yes, If they dont ask then you are not obigated to tell them
