Posted - 14 March 2012 : 09:59:17 I would like to apply for a mortgage. In July 2004 I applied for bankruptcy and was discharged in 2005. My credit has cleared (as it has been over 6 years). Natwest hold records of my past bankruptcy. Is this normal as it breaches the 6 years rule.
