Posted - 16 March 2012 : 09:17:33 As far as I am aware, you should have received letters to say that he was applying for the order and under which section of the act. These should have been delivered either via recorded delivery or by a sherrifs officer in Scotland don't know who they would be in England.Get in touch with Citizens advice or shelter they are help tennants with issues like this.
