Posted - 16 March 2012 : 20:16:33 Give your local magistrates' court a call to find out when they accept stat decs as when I worked in the court service you could only go at certain times.

Posted - 16 March 2012 : 18:49:33 Hi You need to go to Magistrates Court and make a Statutory Declaration to the effect that you knew nothing about this. You can then ask to have the case reopened and dealt with afresh |
