If he has only just been discharged then he can print off a copy of his discharge from the Insovencey Service otherwise it will have to be from the court and that will cost about £70.

Posted - 21 March 2012 : 18:11:54 If he was discharged within the last 3 months then you need to print off the entry on the Insolvency Register.
If it's more than 3 months ago, then he will need to contact the court he was declared bankrupt in for a discharge certificate.
