they don't have to deal with it for another year or so. You would probably be better off waiting & letting it revert back to you with no costs unless you think the house will go up in value. |

Hi Steve,
I ended up paying a nominal amount which was £1000 +vat.
That was an all inclusive fee with my trustee.
