Posted - 19 January 2013 : 16:04:17 my iva has failed because i couldn't pay my installments, now I want to declare myself bank corrupt but cant find anyone who can help to compelte paper work for court but everyone wants to rip me off and wants thousands of pounds in fees, could anyone recommend anyone who can help me to declare myself bank corrupt for a small fee?

Posted - 19 January 2013 : 20:18:02 print off the forms and make an appointment to see your local cab, they will sit with you and assist you on completing all the forms. (that's what they did for me)

Agree with Viki that you do not want to spend that much money to declare yourself bankrupt. Visit the CAB or even phone Viki for some free advice.
If you print the forms off and need help completing them then you can always ask for assistance on here.

Thousands of pounds in fees is ridiculous. Do you need someone to do the forms for you? Have you printed off the forms and had a good read of them, you may find you can do it yourself.
If you feel you want to pay for an assist service, you can always contact an expert on here, or you could even visit the CAB and see if they can help.
