I bought a house with my ex partner 2 years ago, for 125k, we remortgaged to do the house up so our mortgage was for 147. we broke up last november and tried to sell the house but unsucsessful due to house prices all over the place. we then decided to rent the house and found tennants to move in.we both moved out 2 -3 months ago selling all furniture and i moved in with a freind and her back with her parents, in the meantime i moved jobs to be near my new house. whilst together i took out a loan in my name for a car which she paid of in dribs and drabs but i still have the loan as the amount i was given back was just what i needed at the time to help with extra costs occured.I am now in a position where the tennants didnt move into my house it has been for rent and sale and it has not gone and i have moved out therefore i am paying rent and mortgage/loan payments/bank charges council tax/bills/ i have not enough money to cover each month and want to declare myself bankrupt for my own sanity i have had enough. Im fed up.

Hi dingley and welcome to the forum.

Don't worry, you are not alone. I have heard many similar cases that were successfully resolved by BR. Is there a particular question you'd like to ask?
