calli.c	Posted - 24 September 2008 : 11:32:46 I have a public house. I owe thw VAT and the Inland revenue Ł20,000 each. I have received notice that they are going to file for bankruptcy. I jointly own a property which i have recently tried to sell to pay off my debt but no lenders will give me a mortgage. I dont understand what will happen next. will i have a chance to plead to the court.
