I filed for br at the start of August, everything seemed to be going fine, had my call from OR and she said she couldn't envisage problems and I probably wouldn't hear from her again.
Today logged onto childrens banks accounts, and both have disappeared! Does this mean they are temporarily frozen or has the OR seized my childrens savings!!
My wife and I are both named on the accounts as well as our childrens name as the children are only 12 months and 6 respectively.
Please advise anybody!

But can and does the OR have any claim on the accounts as they have my name on them?

It is standard paractice for banks to freeze all accounts on publication of your BR in the London Gazette and the stubbs Gazette until they hear from the OR.
I would suggest contacting the OR who can write to the bank and get the accounts un-frozen.
