Posted - 25 September 2008 : 14:10:17 Hi I would think 12 months statements will be sufficient and see no reason from your posts as to why you should get a BRU/BRO.
As you said, one of life's lessons learnt, unfortunately the hard way but in the circumstances I'm guessing many would, and have, done the same thing.
Posted - 25 September 2008 : 13:49:37 i have put everything for the last 12 months, credit card stas bank stas etc in a file for the or......will he want more than 12 months.
a lot of the debts are prior to 12 months and the last 12 months is when i started to struggle to make pymts as with ex being self employed and in construction he did not earn what he would normally from sept to jan this yr and then from jan to us splitting up in aug we seemed to have spent catching pymts up. the problems being it is me having to go bk as the loans credit cards etc were all in my name as ex cld not get credit.....will this result in a bro/bru as the 3 years that i spent with him most of the credit i ran up was on the proviso of him earning certain amounts and it not materialising unfortunately for me i have learned a valuble lesson.

You should enter the collection agency as the creditor.
