The weights are coming off my shoulders very slowly, but making such a big diference !!

Posted - 26 September 2008 : 03:23:37 Hi just write to one of the agencies requesting a copy of his credit report. If you google Equifax or Experian you will find the address and information regarding the fee, it was around £2.
On receipt mark all of the entries, if any, that are not his debt but yours, then send a copy back to the agency with a covering letter requesting disassociation.

Posted - 25 September 2008 : 23:21:07 Hi yes it's ok to disassociate your debts from your spouses debts but the reference agencies are the only way to go because they're the only people that keep these records.
