Hi all.
I need to send my documents off to the OR today. One thing they asked for is the comments/suggestions card, and in bold type, ask for it to be returned within 7 days.
I'm confused about this, as they haven't actually given us ANY service as yet, so how can we comment on it?! Haven't had my interview yet or anything!!
What have others done with this?

Thanks all,
We've kept hold of them for now and will send them off after our interviews on Thursday (aargh!). I realised afterwards that they get sent to a central location anyway and not to our OR, so we just set the documents to the OR and will deal with this later.

I don't think i dare put my comments on it as i would be worried that it might go against me. My OR interview was the worse thing i've ever encountered and from what he says its going to take a while before its over. so i dont want to send my card. |

I had my card to return within 7 days and took that it was 7 days of the telephone interview. I would return it once you have spoken to the OR and I really think that the card IS important because it gave me a chance to let my feelings be knownw to what can be seen as a faceless machine......
Havent heard back from them yet though and there were a few things on there which I want replies to in time....wil let you know how it goes...and you do likewsie if you get chance

I think i still hve mine. Not 100% sure i dont recall sending it back and my interview was 7 weeks ago. Oh dear i dare say if they want it they will ask.
