I have over £15000 worth of unsecured debt. I have a good paid job but i am struggling to pay for my debts and live at the same time. Would i be declined a bankruptcy order if i am working? Many thanks Aaron

If they deem that you have enough DI income to pay your debts would they stop you from going BR?

What is your net monthly income? What is your agreed monthly expenditure level agreed with the DMP company?
This information will help determine whether or not bankruptcy will be of benefit to you.
