i am on a very low income incpacity benefit and cannot pay the court fees is there help avaliable

Hi
The court will waive their fee if you are claiming certain benefits and they are:-
Income based jobseekers allowance
Income Support
State pension guaranteed credit
Working tax credit (but not if you are also claiming child tax credit).

If you are claiming one or more of these then filing for bankruptcy will cost £345 in fees for the Official Receiver, which everyone has to pay, but you will not have to pay the £150 court fee.
