Posted - 30 September 2008 : 09:46:28 Hi
If you are in receipt of benefits you may be entitled to a reduction in the court fee. If you call the court they will let you know.
Also in some areas there are charitable funds that can help out with the fees. Your local CAB should be able to let you know if there are any in your area.
Posted - 29 September 2008 : 21:15:07 Hi I really don't know how to advise on this but I would recommend that you try and speak to one of the experts and perhaps give them a call and they may be able to help with some good advice.
This really is a great forum to use and i wish i had found it much sooner than I had as it has been very useful to me.
Good luck somehow everything works out in the end Nat
