Posted - 30 September 2008 : 12:00:08 Hi Jo and welcome
Your IPA that you had to pay is it just a tax code one or one based on your I&E.
Please advise. Your agreement that you signed would have an end date on it.
If you had an IPA based on I&E then it may continue for the full 3 years if you had one based on NT Code only then it will stop at the end of the financial year. Have a look on the document for the IPA to check the date. PS Thats good news about being discharged early.

Posted - 30 September 2008 : 11:57:48 Hi jo,
First of all, welcome to the forum and congrats on your upcoming ED! :-)
Your payments will go on for 36 months unless your circumstances change (your income decreases for example), in which case you can ask for your IPA to be reviewed.
Hope that helps!
