on soa section 3

i have listed none as fixtures and fittings as i have nothing that is of significant value,

10. leasehold land and property
i have listed address of flat that i am a joint owner with my ex.
this was valued at £87000 last sept for remortgage, but dont know what it wld be worth now. some are only up for £80.000. any ideas what i should put

Hi i would put the 80k or just under. I would not worry about it being exact. The amount outstanding would be the mortgage balance including any redemption figure, dont forget to add this in.
