i understand i need to list the possible shortgfall on the unsecured creditors as well as secured
because i dont know the amount if there will be one do i put in amount owing unknown.

Oh soscared, PLEASE don't worry about court. It honestly is nothing to worry about. Everyone I have ever known go to court, without exception, has come back saying they shouldn't have worried. It really will be fine. If there is anything wrong with your form, the clerk will help you amend it.
Please try not to worry. Honestly as I've said before, the only 2 negatives of our court day were waiting around so much, and the yucky coffee from the machine!! :-)
Try to relax. Get your forms finished, then put your feet up with a nice drink of whatever you fancy and a big bar of choc! :-)
In the meantime, let us know when something else comes up that you need help with. We'll be here.

i'm sure there will be...you have all been brill i would not have know where to start without this forum.
my only panic now is that when i take the forms on thur they will not be filled out correctly and they wont allow me to go bk..god i feel sick with nerves at the thought of it all. |

Hi again soscared,
I just put 'possible shortfall' next to the mortgage and the secured loan on both the secured and unsecured sections. I had to hand write it though as there is no space for it on the online form.
