Don't forget to claim any benefits you may be entitled to, especially Jobseekers Allowance and Housing Benefit/Council Tax Benefit

Best Regards

Hi Tony and welcome

From what i can initially see i would take a rough guess and say that bankruptcy could be a way forward for you.

Do you have any other assets like a car. What is you total income and expenditure. Would it be both of you declaring BR.

How many children do you have.

Sorry for all the questions but we need a little bit more information in order to help and guide you.

If you do decide Br is a way forward then you may be able to get some help with the fees. They are £495 at the moment each but if your on certain benefits then this may be reduced, your local court can advise you of this.
