Posted - 10 November 2008 : 22:13:59 Hi Everyone, just a quick question. My IPA has been agreed and I have been paying it now for 4 months. The OR made it clear to me that I must inform them of any changes to my income - my question however is that my mortgage payment is due to reduce following the bank of england base rate coming down. Do I have to inform them of this also? Thanks

yes it is a legal requirement that you inform the OR of any changes in your income and or expenditure.
