Just filling in my Forms - on S. 13 - Previous Residential Addresses - do I need to list all my previous addresses???
It says:
"Please provide details of your previous residential address(es) where you have incurred debts or liabilities."
I have moved about quite a lot over the last 10 years - probably about 15 different houses, and my debt has followed me and I have taken on the debt in various different houses - it would take a long time to list all the places I have lived!!!
Any ideas anyone please?

Sorry to go back to this post again, but as Tracy says above, all my Creditors currently know where I am as I have always updated my address details so would it be ok to just put my current address?

Posted - 11 November 2008 : 21:38:19 Hi, I can only speak from my experience but with us the court clerk just wanted the addresses from us over the last 6 years even though debt started in 1992.He said that would be enough because we said that all creditors knew where we lived as we had always kept them up to date. this would also satisfy the OR. And it did!

Posted - 11 November 2008 : 19:09:03 I think if you took a loan/credit card out at a particular address the examiner will ask what address you were at at that time. I only put my current address on forms as been here for 4 years, but 1 of my creditors went back to 2000/2001 so she asked what my address was at that time and noted it down.
Probably not the answer you wanted, sorry, if I am wrong I am sure someone will correct me.
