Posted - 13 November 2008 : 05:55:05 Here's a question: does a nil tax code ipa officially END when the tax code changes at the end of the tax year in which a person goes bankrupt or does the ipa remain in place for the remainder of three years AFTER the end of the tax year just in case the bankrupt's income increases?
I can't find an answer to this so far.

The NT Code IPA ends when the tax year ends and it goes on no longer so come the end of the financial year that one is finished.
If you have an income IPA then that will take upto 3 years to finish.
