Posted - 13 November 2008 : 09:23:28 I am being pursued by Lloyds TSB for debts of a Limited company which I was a Director. We signed joint & several guarantees and a second charge on our properties. Lloyds have now applied for a possession order of my house. They have a judgment for the full amount from my business partner but they have not yet applied for a judgement against me. Our home is now on the verge of negative equity.
Can they get a possession order before they have a judgment?
Can they get a possession order if there is no equity in the house?
