Posted - 17 November 2008 : 06:48:01 I AM IN A MESS WITH DEBT I AM 22 YEARS OLD I HAVE 2 CHILDREN AND ON BENIFITS I AM IN ABOUT 3000 POUNDS WORTH OF DEBT WITH ABOUT 5 OR 6 DIFFERENT COMPANIES WITCH ARE ALL DEMANDING PAYMENT OF SENDING BAILIFFS I WOULD LIKE TO NO HOW I CAN GET HELP QUICKLY TO FIX THIS PROBLEM

I 2nd that you can always call our helpline and go over it with them, that way its a bit more personal and one to one, and at the end of the call you will be able to start to feel a bit less pressure on you.

Posted - 17 November 2008 : 16:20:30 Hi Debbie.If you feel you can't post your details please phone the help line.I had trouble with bailiffs they put a "levy" on my goods i pay them each month this means if i defult they get the goods BUT what i didn't know is that if any other bailiff comes a knocking he can not touch your goods so in that respect its brill. Most bailiffs from the courts are ok and will try to reach an agreement which suits you both.

Firstly sorry to hear that your in such a mess :-)
We will try and guide you through. Do you have any assets like a car or a home which is say mortgaged.
What is your total income and expenditure per month not including the debts that you have to pay.
Who is it you owe to and have they already sent it to court for the instruction of bailiffs to come in.
I am sorry for the questions, but in order to help we need a bit more info. I will totally understand if you dont want to share that info on here but if you can give us a little more that would be great.
