Hope someone could help me with this .....
Hubby received a reply to his letter to buy back the BI in our house. House is in Neg equity and he sent various documents to support this.
"Your letter is receiving attention and it is anticipated that a full reply will be sent to you by 1 December 2008.
The Official Receiver is currently Receiver and Manager and has not yet been appointed Trustee and therefore as yet we cannot deal with your request. Once Official Receiver is appointed trustee you request will be considered and you will be contacted."
Any feedback is appreciated.

Hi Jenny
Yeah im fine. Just thinking how lucky i am to have such great friends on here but also what a great family i have.
My kids are looking forward to Christmas as you can well imagine and for this year and the rest i know that all gifts i buy will NOT be on credit and all paid for out of OUR money and will no thave to be paid back.
The kids understand money more now, they dont ask for stuff anymore, they know that we are all in the same boat and they understand that even santa is finding times hard, so they are not asking for loads of stuff this christmas, they just want us to be a family. They are all so thoughtfull.
I do feel that i have so much more that i want to give to people that are about too go through BR but need emotional support too, i feel a little shut away really. I want to be on the end of a phone and be able to be there properly. I do know how things can seem so scary and i want to be peoples shoulder of support.
Im going to try and get a direct number so that i can be contacted via the helpline, thats if people want it. Sometimes just a chat can help, i dont know all the answers but i can still be there. I have so much that i want to do to help.

Hi Jenny
Seems pretty standard to me. I would just sit back and wait for them to appoint their trustee to deal with the house then they should be in contact to advise what will happen with your OH's offer.
