Hi there

I will be made bankrupt shortly. My only real concern over this is that my name and address will be published in the papers. I suffer from schizo-affective disorder and this will cause me a great deal of anxiety and paranoia. Will I be able to request that my personal details not be published?

Many thanks in advance

The Courts withheld my address but kept my name in the paper and on the insolvency register, I had to pay a £30 and fill out some forms. The judge then decides whether to grant the stay of advertisement. Its normally on the basis if someones life is at risk, they are protected from someone for reasons. Apparantly its very rare a judge will grant the order. Evidence is needed to be provided in order to grant this.
