Well really if you can find the fee and feel like your in control then i say its better and quicker, more dignified if you like to do it yourself.
Creditors dont like making people BR and if they do it can take ages and cost them a lot more than it costs us.
I would if you can and you do want to go BR do it yourself.
Thats my opinion anyhow.
