Posted - 20 November 2008 : 19:16:11 Hello,
Can anyone tell me whether it would still be possible to retain a tv/broadband/phone contract with Virgin Media if you have an IVA or bankrupt? I currently have a contract for these services which is paid by monthly direct debit and I wondered if this would be terminated if I undertake an IVA or bankruptcy.
Thanks
Keith

I would have thought it would be ok to keep these, i have BT broadband and phoneline etc and informed them that i had gone BR and they just told me that as long as the accounts are paid then i can stay with them.
If your at all worried you could always give them an anonymous call and put your mind at rest.
