Posted - 17 January 2009 : 14:44:17 Hi guys
sorry another question
Am I allowed to keep stock what is open. My wife is a therapist and a hairdresser and has stock that she uses, however they wouldnt be able to sell it as its all opened and you wouldnt be able to use it as it could have been contaminated.
Should we just keep it and inform the OR or keep quite? |

unopened stock would theoretically go back to the OR, or if the supplying company has Right of Title it would belong to them.
how much are we talking about?

I would have thought that would be fine. In the interests of health and safety if nothing else its cant go back and be reused so i am hazarding a guess here and saying dont worry i think that should be ok. Obviously she needs this to continue to work too so i would say its alright.
