you definitely need to seek advice. Depending on how much you owe, how long you have been in the IVA and how much redundancy you are likley to receive there may be a deal to be done to avoid bankruptcy.
Posted - 18 January 2009 : 10:57:35 HI Shazzles I would see about getting some advice i would imagine the OR goes over previous bank statements so if your redundancy is a significant amount they would want to know where it is. We have not gone br yet so im going through bank statements trying to remember what we spent withdrawels on.

Posted - 18 January 2009 : 09:14:30 Hi Shazzles :) You can contact your local courts and they'll send you out all the paperwork you need. Be warned, it's a big envelope! You will need the funds for the BR. Also you'll need confirmation from your IVA company that the IVA failed.
Will let someone else advise about the redundancy money. How much is it? And how much do you owe?
Do you have any assets? Property? Because they can affect your decision.
