Posted - 18 January 2009 : 09:13:55 i am only on the first step to br,but something caught my eye!!on my first letter of breach for our iva it says that it has been filed,but one is in wiltshire,and one in a somerset court?now i realize things are not good with the oh but it is a joint iva and wondered why,anyone know?

I assume one of the courts is where the IVA was applied for.
The other may be due to other court activity in respect of your oh, does he/she now, or has he/she ever lived in the other area?
