It wont be long to go and your new life will of started.
You certainly sound like you need that fresh start and once it is over you will feel alot of emotions - the main one being relief. My hubby did not go br however he is self employed and work has started to dry up, but if things got so bad for him he knows that br is not as bad as alot of people may think (my brother in law has got a very old fashioned attitude to it) and after seeing my experience of it he would not be scared.

You are among friends here now so whatever your questions there will always be someone willing to help or advise.

Just put down all the info you know and the OR will get figures also, so it will be fine.

I know its a VERY scary thing to go through, BUT you will feel better once its done, and i honestly dont think it will be as bad as your expecting it to be (i know you wont believe me at the moment).

When is your date ?

LOL....i was clearly feeling brave that day, but i think if you have enough time, then as paul says write to them, failing that you could always estimate from your last bills.

Oh and treat yourself to the wine anyway

Alternatively if you had enough time you couyld write.

We write to all the creditors and ask for the following:-

Current Balance
When account was opened
Copy of agreement ( the creditors usually forget to answer this question)

always helps and it shows the OR that the information is as good as we can get it

Hi Hanlou

Put something like 1/1/03 and explain in section 13 that all dates and amounts are estimates.
