Posted - 22 January 2009 : 12:02:38 Just had a job interview and got the job!!! BUT they do a criminal record check... will my BR show on this search? As explained in my previous post I feel morally obliged to tell them but I feel that when I have been upfront in the past it has stopped my application. Is BR classed as a criminal offence? |

Not to worry. BR is a civil and not a criminal matter (unless of course it has led to a fraud conviction).
