Just had a job interview and got the job!!!
BUT they do a criminal record check... will my BR show on this search?
As explained in my previous post I feel morally obliged to tell them but I feel that when I have been upfront in the past it has stopped my application.
Is BR classed as a criminal offence? |

Not in the slightest. I have 2 visas for the USA and have a very thorough criminal record check.

I assume applying for a Visa to USA won't be affected by my BR status too? |

Bankrupcy is a not criminal
otherwise it would not be dealtwith at county court.

Not to worry. BR is a civil and not a criminal matter (unless of course it has led to a fraud conviction).
