Posted - 25 January 2009 : 10:44:11 Hi i was discharged from BR in December, i have no applied for a part time job and will need to have a CRB check if i get the post, i was just wondering whether bankruptcy appears on these as i am not intending to tell my employer about my BR unless they specificately asked me.
The reason for this is that i will be on a normal tax code etc ,, its just an admin job , no real responsibilities etc.
Just wondered whether it was classed as a conviction or anyhting... sorry if this sounds like a daft question

as CRB checks are crime related your BR should not appear on it as it is a civil matter.
