Posted - 26 January 2009 : 12:49:32 Hello, I am hoping someone may be able to help me again.
I have used the advice given to me on here and finally completed my SoA last night. I emailed it to myself to print out as I do not have a printer at home, and have just discovered that parts of the form have been filled in with the old information from an application that I started a few months ago.
I know that I cannot go back and change the online version now, so what are my options?? My hearing in on Wednesday morning? Can I just fill out a paper petition, or will they see the online version and will these discrepancies cause problems?

Posted - 26 January 2009 : 17:05:46 Hi Danni24,
They can only work from the SOA you present the court as you will have sworn an affadavit to say that information is correct. I doubt it would even occur to them to search online!

Posted - 26 January 2009 : 15:35:28 Hi Julian, Thanks for your reply.
I have now printed a blank form to fill out tonight and will do so more slowly!
I started this a few months ago, but was only entering approximate figures for things that I didnt know, so I am now assuming that if I present a hand-written paper SoA that they will not search online and compare the 2?
I hope so! |

Posted - 26 January 2009 : 12:57:13 Hi Danni24,
As far as I'm aware, you should be able to amend the online version. If not, you can download the blank paperwork from the insolvency service website and complete it manually. Relax and take your time ... I'm sure you'll be fine!
