Hi movinon

if your husband has already been offered the BI then a decision has already been reached.
You certainly won't be waiting the full term.

Simon

I have got to say the Coop Cashminder is a great bank account to have in br - it comes with a visa electron card (which i have never had trouble using anywhere), online banking and also allows standing orders and direct debts.

Hi Simong,

As your house is in negative equity, I would imagine you'll hear from them quite soon about a 3rd party buying your BI for £1 + costs (circa £211). At this stage, no news is good news! Relax and you'll be fine!

so i could be sitting waiting for another 2 years for them to come calling

i find it hard not to worry

JulianDonnelly Posted - 26 January 2009 : 14:57:28
Hi Si,

I wouldn't worry. The RTLU looks after cases where property in involved, so this would be routine in your case. It is worth remembering that under the Enterprise Act, the OR/trustee has 3 years from the date of BR to deal with assets such as residential property. Sit tight ... .they'll be in touch soon enough!
