Hi ya all
I've been told by someone at work that her Crisis loan she got from the DSS wasn't allowed to be included in her Br is this true.
she said it cant be included in br as its from the government. I thought the only things not covered by BR was student loans, taxes and secured loans. is she right?
Thanks
Alexandra

Moving to our new home a week today, can't wait..

Hi Mr and Mrs,

My understanding is that this will be dealt with in the same fashion as benefit overpayments in that it is excluded from BR.
