Well guys,
we are off to court in half an hour & i feel really poorly with flu  Maybe they will let us go quicker so i dont spread germs  lol.
Anyway will give you the run down when we get back, both a bit scared at the mo, think i need a brandy!

Its such a huge relief after all that stress isnt it - your new life begins here.
What a bonus that you didnt have to see the judge - im jealous

Feels good, but wish i wasn't ill, lol.
we are lookng forward to our new life & saving for the things we want. they do say the best things come to those who wait :)

Well as you say, it was so much much better than expected. Our appointment was at 10 so we got there about 15 mins early and just had to sit and wait and then we were called into a little room with a very nice lady called Jane. She just told us not to look so worried and that she was here to help us today :) Great start I thought. she pointed me in the direction of the tissue box, bless her, because of my couging & sniffling & then just checked to make sure we had filled in all the questions. We then had to swear on the bible and pay our money and she sent us up to go and wait for our papers to be returned from the judge, we didn't even have to see the judge. (huge relief). when we came back downstairs she had typed up our papers & said that we wouldn't have to see the OR & that he will call either today or tomorrow and that we would be interviewed straight away. we are now just waiting in anticipation and hope that he will call today.
All in all it has probably been the least stressfull day so far, except for this morning when we didn't know what to expect.
Such a huge relief, now enjoying a brandy & ginger :)
