My OR sent me my early discharge forms in December due to them saying that my case was closed and there is to be no investigation. I went BR in June so have 5 months remaining. Does anyone know how long after completing the forms early discharge takes and also how im informed?

Im sure its about 8 weeks.....Trolly-Dolly is currently going through that process and hopefully will be on soon.
