Posted - 27 January 2009 : 13:16:12 hi, i have to go bankrupt soon,i will be starting the process in the next few weeks, my question is, i accidently got a parking ticket on my car last week,will this ticket be cancelled when i go bankrupt or will i still owe it? im asking as obviously if i do still have to pay it after bankruptcy i just as well pay it now before the amount goes up any further. thank you for your time

Im afraid you cannot include parking fines in the br, so will have to pay it .
