Hi just phoned court and might be able to have a cancelation tomorrow.

Can anyone help, were currently self employed and when we go to court we will cease working etc and become unemployed as we need to move away.

What do I put under 6.3? what is your current take home pay? do I put it as the last few months or as what I will likely get for jobseekers?

6.7 I split the bills 50-50 with my partner, again do we put our bills as off now or what they will be for our rented house which we get the keys for tomorrow?

6.9 where do I get my tax reference etc from with being self employed, my accountant is being wiered with me asking all these questions as I still havent told him im going BR

section 7

Do I put my current outgoings, even though i move into my new rented house tomorrow or do I put what my new outgoings are going to be?

Hope someone can help

Hi
please find my responses in CAPS below.

Can anyone help, we're currently self employed and when we go to court we will cease working etc and become unemployed as we need to move away.

What do I put under 6.3? what is your current take home pay? do I put it as the last few months or as what I will likely get for jobseekers?
IF YOU PLAN TO WORK AT ALL IN YOUR PRESENT POSITION AFTER THE HEARING YOU SHOULD COMPLETE THE FORM AS IF YOU WERE CONTINUING TO DO SO. IF, AS YOU WILL BE IN COURT TOMORROW, YOU WILL NOT BE WORKING FROM NOW ON THEN YOU SHOULD ENTER THAT INFORMATION.

6.7 I split the bills 50-50 with my partner, again do we put our bills as off now or what they will be for our rented house which we get the keys for tomorrow?
IF YOU TAKE OCCUPANCY OF THE NEW PROPERTY TOMORROW THEN YOU SHOULD COMPLETE THE FORMS ACCORDINGLY WHICH MEANS YOU WILL NEED TO CHANGE SECTIONS 1 AND 8.

6.9 where do I get my tax reference etc from with being self employed, my accountant is being wiered with me asking all these questions as I still havent told him im going BR
ENTER NOT KNOWN FOR NOW AND EXPLAIN AT INTERVIEW THAT YOU COULD NOT GAIN THIS INFO FROM YOUR ACCOUNANT AND WHY. THE OR CAN FIND ALL HE NEEDS FROM YOUR NI NUMBER.

section 7

Do I put my current outgoings, even though i move into my new rented house tomorrow or do I put what my new outgoings are going to be?
AS BEFORE, THE FORMS MUST REPRESENT THE FACTS AS AT THE TIME YOU ARE IN COURT. IT'S FOR YOU TO DECIDE WHETHER OR NOT YOU HAVE MOVED HOUSE BY THEN.
