Posted - 28 January 2009 : 12:18:31 I need help to get out of this mess I'm in is it possible to get help filling in the bankruptcy forms other than the Citizens advice as they seemed to be no help whatsoever she went on and on then left me with half filled in forms as she had another appointment. Before xmas I was in the process of filling in the forms as a single person as my wife left me and took the children and left me with all the debt, Then came back into my life so my circumstances changed which meant the forms were changed then she left again but this time left the children with me again I filled the forms in as far as I could on my own as a single parent but it seemed as she was coming back again so I left it as it seemed she was coming back again. Now i've decided enough is enough and I need it sorting I don't want debt collectors at my door, Is it true they don't have any right of entry! I find the forms confusing and don't understand alot of it so I really do need help. Also I'm thinking of taking voluntary redundency in quarter 3/4 of this year to start a new career but will this give the court a large chunk of my redundency as I will need this to live off as I train in my new career which will also cost money to do. One last thing will I be allowed to rent a house to the value £550 pcm as I need a 3 bedroom house.

Posted - 28 January 2009 : 12:42:12 Hi
I'm afraid I know of no organisations, other than CAB, that help with bankruptcy forms free of charge. There are firms that will do so but the fees are wide ranging and probably start at around £300.
