My partner is going to be made bankrupt. can he stoll go abroad for holidays. or abroad to work. and what else will he not be able to do

Your partner can still go abroad for work or holidays as the OR places no restriction on travel. However he may well have to pay into an Income Payment Agreement for 36 months, which could make expensive holidays a bit difficult!

Your partner won't be able to obtain credit over £500 without first advising the potential creditor, he won't be able to hold certain positions (MP, councillor etc), he cannot carry on business in a different name to which he was made BR, form a limited company or act as a company director.
