Posted - 29 January 2009 : 13:53:01 hi i was made BR in 2006, but i still have 2 ccj's on my credit file they were put in with my BR how do i get them taken off or do i need to obtain my bankruptcy order with my creditors list if so how do i get it? thanks p.chana

you should write to the credit reference agencies giving your details and the details of the CCJ entries to which you refer. Also give your bankruptcy reference number and ask for them to be removed ar marked satisfied or settled.
This will cost you £2 but is not a guarantee.
You could try writing to the Official Receivers office that dealt with your case and request a copy of the list of creditors.
