Posted - 30 January 2009 : 14:41:46 Sorry me again,
When I am listing my I&E, do I put in the total amounts (say for rent, electric, etc) or put it down as 50/50. I share a flat and all utility bills are shared (apart from food). Not sure whether I just list my shares of the bills or whether the OR wants to know the full costs before halving.
Thank you

Posted - 30 January 2009 : 15:53:32 Did I do it wrong John? I live with my partner and I listed my share of the bills, not the full amount and then listed his contribution to the household expenditure.

as you share with a flatmate, rather than a partner or spouse, you should list the expenditures as 50/50 as skippy advised. |
